What does a workshop include?
A team workshop includes the assessment for every participant, a full 3 hour workshop, 2 hours with the whole team and 1 hour with leaders, and a deliverable: your AI Team Map, the patterns named, and a clear plan for the voices you need most.
How long does the workshop take?
Pre work is about 10 minutes per person. The workshop itself is 3 hours, 2 hours with the whole team and 1 hour with leaders. We can adapt the format for remote teams or groups across departments.
Is the test really free?
Yes. The assessment and your type are completely free, with no account required and no credit card. The paid offering is the team workshop and facilitation.
Can we run the workshop remotely?
Yes. The workshop works in person or virtually. We have run it with distributed teams across time zones.
