What does a workshop include?
A team workshop includes the assessment for every participant, a half day workshop of four hours with the whole team together, and a deliverable: your AI Team Map, the patterns named, and a clear plan for the voices you need most.
How long does the workshop take?
Pre work is about 10 minutes per person. The workshop itself is a half day, four hours with the whole team together. For a group larger than 15 we run more than one session and price it per session.
Is the test really free?
Yes. The assessment and your type are completely free, with no account required and no credit card. The paid offering is the team workshop and facilitation.
Can we run the workshop remotely?
No. This one runs in person. The room is where the honest conversation happens, and the exercises depend on people working through real friction in the same space. The assessment is done beforehand from anywhere, so the only thing that has to happen together is the half day.
